This practical “hands on” session is important for agency principals and all property management staff who intend on improving their skills and delivering client service that is second to none. This course will include proposed changes to Residential Tenancies Regulations, new laws for window safety devices, solving tenancy disputes, enforcing CTTT orders, recovery of outgoings, rent reviews and the essential responsibilities of tenants of small commercial properties and more.

Commercial and Retail Leasing and Management – Presented by Geoff Hunter
This comprehensive session is a must for agency principals and property managers who are involved in the leasing and management of commercial and retail property or who would like to develop new skills. This workshop will enable you to understand the differences between commercial and retail, the specialist provisions and documentation for retail and commercial leases, a condition report that works, rent reviews, recovery of outgoings and the often misunderstood impact of GST. An extensive reference manual is also provided.
