  4. An easy way to build content on your website – shoot a video, then you can transcribe it to also use elsewhere in your marketing. Put your video on youtube. Download it to your phone. Repurpose your video anywhere you can. Cut the audio and use it as part of your ‘on hold’ message
  5. A chance to build your profile on Google – when someone searches you, you want to be found on google
  6. The ability to show your marketing skills – it shows you are creative and you are doing something different to the norm
  7. A way to show your knowledge of the market place with a big emphasis on local area knowledge. Demonstrate that you know your area.
  8. The confidence that people will begin to know you – you need to become famous in your area. Videos are the quickest way.

Once you film your videos, upload your videos to YouTube and Facebook.

If you have the functionality, you can then include links into your CRM so that allows your video to automatically be included on your listing in third party websites such as domain and realestate.com.au.

From YouTube, you can also embed your video onto your website.

YouTube has billions of hits, you want to be found there. In case you didn’t know, Google owns YouTube so they love you having a presence there.
