We understand that there are times when you just have a quick question and may not have the time to make a phone call or send an email. The solution that we have put in place is much more than just an online chat. It provides you with the choice of how and when you would like to communicate with us; you can initiate an online conversation with us on eac.com.au or through Facebook Messenger or via Twitter.
We can now answer your questions quickly and efficiently without the need for you to pick up the phone and call or send us an email. If you have a question and it is after hours just send us a message, either on eac.com.au, Facebook Messenger, or Twitter and we will respond first thing the next day. We’re still happy to connect over the phone or email, but we think communicating online will allow us to take the level of support we can provide you to the next level. You will still be talking to the same EAC Team members to whom you have spoken to previously so nothing has changed in this regard.
This feature is live on eac.com.au now, and we’re looking forward to rolling out across our other services in the future as well, making access to support even easier.
