Changes to the board of directors were announced at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 24 October 2018.
Firstly, EAC are very sad to see two of our board members retiring from the board. We would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Ted Hanson and Anthony Chapman for their contribution to the Co-operative during their time on the board.

Meet EAC’s new Board of Directors
We would like to announce that Greg Toner has been elected Chairperson of the EAC board for the ensuing year with John F Sercombe elected as Vice Chairperson.
Greg has been a member of EAC since 2008 and a director of the board since 2015. John has been a member of EAC since 1980 and a board member since 1999. We welcome Greg and John to their new roles within the board and look forward to working under their guidance.
This year we have three new board members, two from the metro voting zone and one from the regional voting zone. We welcome David Colman from CCE Consulting & Training, Michael Garside from Harcourts Dapto, and John Peter Oehlers from Professionals Tamworth.

Michael Garside (New – Metro) EAC Director Harcourts Dapto Michael has been in the industry for 17 years and has been running a successful office for the last 10 years in the Illawarra. Michael has been part of the EAC Illawarra committee for a number of years and now forms part of our board. |

John Oehlers (New – Regional) EAC Director Professionals Tamworth John has been in the industry for over 10 years, establishing his career in Armidale in 2007. In 2017 John moved to to Tamworth where he established Professionals Tamworth with over a 1000 managements and 25 staff. |
