This Agreement shall be renewed upon the Subscriber’s confirmation of acceptance each month thereafter in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Renewal of this Agreement is conditional upon the Subscriber paying on or before the due date the Charges as indicated above or advised to the Subscriber from time to time. Failure to pay the Charges may result in suspension of the Subscriber’s access to and use of the Services or termination of this Agreement.
You, the Subscriber’s authorised officer, warrant that you are aged 18 years or older and that you have authority to submit this form on behalf of the Subscriber and bind the Subscriber to its terms and conditions.
This form records the terms upon which the Subscriber agrees to subscribe to the Services of Estate Agents Co-operative Ltd (ABN 52 079 055 637) (“EAC”).
By submitting this form, the Subscriber acknowledges that they are entering into a legally binding agreement, which includes all terms in this form as well as the Terms & Conditions together the attached Schedule(s) stated as being applicable to the Services selected above (“Agreement”). Defined terms used in this form have the same meaning given to them in the Terms & Conditions.
By entering into this Agreement, the Subscriber acknowledges that the Terms & Conditions, including the applicable attached Schedule(s), form part of the Agreement and that they have read and agree to be bound by them.
The existence and terms of this Agreement are to remain confidential except where disclosure is permitted in accordance with this Agreement.
