This order is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. The order covers items as specified. If there are any alterations or additions to these specifications, it will be charged on an hourly rate basis in 15 minute increments with a minimum of a half hour being charged.

You will need to supply all material when you complete the Requirements Form online. Until we receive all the necessary text and graphics, and full payment of the website, work cannot be commenced. Text is to be fully edited and proof read prior to EAC receiving it.

The website must be signed off once it is completed prior to it going live.

Any additional site development requested by the Subscriber will incur additional charges, with a minimum charge of 30 minutes, Members $88 per hour and Non-Members $120 per hour, GST Inclusive.

Agreement

You, the Subscriber’s authorised officer, warrant that you are aged 18 years or older and that you have authority to submit this form on behalf of the Subscriber and bind the Subscriber to its terms and conditions.

This form records the terms upon which the Subscriber agrees to subscribe to the Services of Estate Agents Co-operative Ltd (ABN 52 079 055 637) (“EAC”).

By submitting this form, the Subscriber acknowledges that they are entering into a legally binding agreement, which includes all terms in this form as well as the Terms & Conditions together the attached Schedule(s) stated as being applicable to the Services selected above (“Agreement”). Defined terms used in this form have the same meaning given to them in the Terms & Conditions.

By entering into this Agreement, the Subscriber acknowledges that the Terms & Conditions, including the applicable attached Schedule(s), form part of the Agreement and that they have read and agree to be bound by them.

The existence and terms of this Agreement are to remain confidential except where disclosure is permitted in accordance with this Agreement.
